"Things are finally falling into place..."

It was like lovely music to my ears when one of my clients emailed me saying, "Things are finally falling into place ..." Fantastic!!

This past autumn we have worked hard and diligently to change the direction of the schools development where for the most part everything seemed completely hopeless.  :(
Now we can see the light shining at the end of the tunnel, work satisfaction and commitment har started to spiral again!

This is what keeps me going -  the fuel to my motor  - I love working with people and school development! I am fascinated by working with strategies,  putting the puzzel pieces together to see the bigger picture and working with people inte field – creating relationships to find the best solutions together!

I have tried my strategies and theories of change a number of times, even though I am confident they work, I love getting positive feedback!
